Longevity-Focused Cardiology
Longevity-focused cardiology applies evidence-based prevention to a longer-term goal: helping you stay healthy and active for as many years as possible. No one can promise a longer life, but you can work on the factors that matter. Dr. Daniel Yazdi founded Max Heart Health to help patients optimize their healthspan through modern, evidence-based, technology-enhanced care.
01 / Longevity cardiology
Evidence first, not hype
"Longevity" is a crowded word. Our approach stays grounded in what the evidence supports:
- Lowering lifetime exposure to LDL cholesterol, high blood pressure and high blood sugar
- Identifying risk early with appropriate testing, including referral for a coronary calcium score or coronary CT angiogram when indicated
- Building fitness. Cardiorespiratory fitness (VO₂ max) is among the strongest predictors of long-term health.
- Improving body composition, metabolic health and sleep

A plan you can act on
A plan may include exercise, nutrition, metabolic health and sleep guidance, with medication where appropriate. Clinical testing and your own data can inform adjustments over time.

For active adults and athletes
Training goals and heart screening belong in the same conversation.

Where is VO₂ max testing done? VO₂ max testing is done in our office. Wearable estimates can be reviewed alongside it.
