Care at home
A home visit with Dr. Yazdi may include:
- A detailed history and physical exam
- A review of your medications
- An EKG at home
- An echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) at home
- A discussion of your plan of care
If you need testing that's done in the office, such as stress testing, carotid ultrasound or VO₂ max testing, or a referral for coronary CT, Dr. Yazdi can coordinate it and review the results.

Continuity at home and beyond
Home visits work well as part of an ongoing plan. Between visits you can see Dr. Yazdi virtually or at our Beverly Hills office. Data from home blood pressure cuffs, smart scales and wearables can help him monitor how you're doing.

Is it urgent?
Home visits are scheduled appointments, not emergency care. If you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting or stroke symptoms, call 911.

Do you really come to my house? Yes. Dr. Yazdi offers house calls in addition to office and virtual visits.
Can you do heart tests at home? Yes. An EKG and an echocardiogram can be done during your home visit.
